Prior to your scheduled visit, please report if you, or anyone you have come into close contact with in the past 14 days, are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Fever.
Cough.
Shortness of Breath.
We kindly ask that you wear a properly fitting mask while our homecare personnel visits with you.
